After studying together at the Folkwang University in Essen, Ian and Ruud decided to form a Duo. It turned out they were not only on stage a good team, also off stage they have formed a good friendship. They prefer to sing the Romantic repertoire, where one can hear that that Ruuds piano sound complements the lyrical voice of Ian.
